JACK GOULD

Jack Gould D.O., F.A.C.O.G., earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Rutgers University in 1983.  He attended The New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1989. He completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in 1994.
 
Dr. Gould is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecologic and has been a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 1998.

He is a proud member of the NJ Laborist Group at Monmouth Medical Center and is an active Member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. 

Since 2010 Dr. Gould has been the Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery Resident Education at Jersey Shore Medical Center and is also a Robotic Surgeon at Monmouth Medical Center.

He interests are Astronomy and computers.  He enjoys the open road in his spare time.



BRIAN ROGERS

Brian J. Rogers M.D., F.A.C.O.G  earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Scranton in 1990 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed his medical school education and research at Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1994.

Dr. Rogers went on to Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio Texas where he completed his residency with a focus in advanced evaluations and surgical correction of female incontinence and pelvic prolapse.  

From 1998 to 2001 while active duty in the United States Air Force he was a staff physician at Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital in Nevada and was the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology there from 1998 to 2000.  In 2001 he returned back to Monmouth County to join a private practice. 

In 2001 he was the first surgeon at Monmouth Medical Center, Jersey Shore Medical Center and Riverview Medical Center to perform the highly successful midurethral sling for female incontinence and he went on to become a regional preceptor for this surgery. 

He has received advanced laparoscopic and robotically assisted laparoscopic training as well as minimally invasive surgery training to treat pelvic prolapse.

He is currently the Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery at Jersey Shore Medical Center and a Robotic Surgeon at Monmouth Medical Center. 

In 2010 he performed the first robotic surgery ever in the New Jersey Meridian Health System.

Dr. Rogers is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 2001. 

Dr. Rogers served as the President of the NJ Laborist Group at Monmouth Medical Center from 2006 to 2011 which originally formed to improve patient safety and allow physicians to continue practicing Obstetrics in New Jersey.

 CRAIG HENDERSON 

Craig Henderson D.O., F.A.C.O.G., earned a Nursing A.A.S. degree from the State University of New York at Farmingdale in 1974 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree for Physician Assistant in 1977. He worked as a surgical assistant up until 1989.

He attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 1993.  From 1993 to 1997 Dr. Henderson completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Monmouth Medical Center.    
 
Dr. Henderson is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 2001.

Dr. Henderson has advanced training in minimally invasive surgery and office based procedures.  He also has a focus in bio-identical hormonal as well as traditional hormonal therapy.

Craig is a proud member of the NJ Laborist Group and is a Member of Americal Institute of Ultrasoud in Medicine. 

Since 2010 Dr. Henderson has been the Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery Quality Assurance at Jersey Shore Medical Center and is also a Robotic Surgeon at Monmouth Medical Center.


He enjoys coaching soccer, being an active board member at Monmouth University and skiing in his spare time.

 

JOHN VACLAVIK

John Vaclavik M.D.  earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology  at Loyola College in Maryland in 1999.  He went on to Medical School at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada and graduated in 2004.

Dr. Vaclavik   attended Monmouth Medical Center's Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency from 2004 to 2008. He then entered into private practice to join Ocean Obstetric & Gynecologic Associates to continue his patient care in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
 
Dr. Vaclavik is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has applied to be a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Vaclavik has been published for his research in "Effects of Multiple Courses of Antenatal Steroids on Neonates of Multiple Gestations", Maternal-Fetal Survival Following and Amnionic Fluid Embolism" and finally "Birthing Made Better With Push Straps".


From 2009 to 2011 he was also the Secretary of the NJ Laborist Group at Monmouth Medical Center originally formed to improve patient safety and allow physicians to continue practicing Obstetrics in New Jersey.

Dr. Vaclavik is an active Member of Americal Institute of Ultrasoud in Medicine as well as the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.

He has a special interest in robotic surgery and currently serves as the Director of Research for Gynecologic Robotic Surgery at Jersey Shore Medical Center.  He also has advanced training in minimally invasive office based surgery.

He enjoys fishing, reading and spending time with his family in his spare time.

ARLENE ROSENBERG

Arlene Z. Rosenberg, M.S.,R.N.,N.P.C earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Hunter College in New York in 1968.

She went on to complete the Perinatal Nurse Clinician Program from Adelphi University - Department of Continuing Education and North Shore University Hospital in 1976.

In 1989 Arlene graduated from the Nurse Practitioner Program at the Universityof Pennsylvania, Department of Continuing Education and Family Planning Council of S.E. PA in Philadelphia.

Arlene received her Nursing Masters of Science at Wagner College in the Division of Maternal-Child Nursing in 1994.

Arlene has been a proud member of Ocean Obstetric & Gynecologic Associates and has provided care as a Nurse Practitioner for 21 years in Monmouth County.
